Return And Refunds

Our return and refunds policy is valid for 30 days and applies exclusively to customers in Uganda. Beyond this period, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.

To qualify for a return, your item must be defective, not functioning as intended, not matching its description, or significantly different from what was advertised. The item must be in its original packaging and include all accessories and manuals.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, and depending on the assessment, we will either offer a repair, replacement, or refund. You will be notified of the resolution.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the most appropriate method of payment within a timeframe of up to 30 days (usually within 14 working days).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing or transit. Please note that damages caused by water exposure, electrical shocks, falls, or those resulting from modifications or repairs are not covered under this policy.

Shipping returns

In our return and refunds policy, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.

Depending on your location, the delivery time for an exchanged product may vary.
